Night Shift is a very tiring job.
If everyone do their parts and help out I'm sure everything will be in order.
The ENS really knw how to bully pple.
They just sit there and command students to do all the work.
They did help out with sponging patients but it's because students cannot sponged the patient by themselves.
Patient's vital signs are all monitor by the students.
End up me looking so hagged in the morning.
Somemore we were ask to do morning shift's vital signs too whereas they sit on the chair and monitor us and look after the files. (As if the files were valuables)
If there are no students, they will be so busy and do work non-stop till morning.
And yet when the students were there, they acted like "King of the bandits hill" Never even move once away from the chairs unless Necessary.
All the Call Bells were all answered by the students.
This morning when taking vitals signs for all the patients,I charted at the wrong column. I am suppose to chart at the 18th 8am morning column but end up i charted at 17th 8pm night column. I felt so sorry and at the same time I was laughing i my heart coz the ENs now had to do extra work just to correct my mistakes. *Evils Laugh*
